Organizing your content helps you efficiently manage and access your content. Tags offer the most flexible and versatile approach compared to traditional folders, as they allow for multi-dimensional categorization, enabling you to assign multiple tags to a single piece of content and easily retrieve it based on various criteria.

This is why we use tags to help you organize your content on Mindstone.

There are two ways tags can be applied to content.

Mindstone uses AI to automatically tag your content with the top three skills, themes, or concepts. This nifty trick helps us toss the right content your way, based on what your goals are, while also making it a breeze for you to find and navigate your stuff. Plus, it's a real time-saver and frees you from the tagging grind.

In this example below, you can see we identified that the content below is about gamification, value (creation), and engagement.

You can always remove an Auto-Tag.

Sprinkle your own magic with manually added tags to group your content by project or specific keyword. Use tags to make your Mindstone world organized just the way you like it.

You can view, add, or remove a tag by clicking on the "Tag" option in the bottom menu on the Viewer.

The tag module will be displayed on the right side of the screen. You now can view all tags associated with the entire piece of content. You can also add or remove one or more tags.

Adding or removing tags will update the tag counter in the bottom menu and the list of tags in the module on the left side of the screen.

Type the tag in the input field in the right module of the screen. As you type the field will auto-complete. Hit "Enter" to save the tag.

Click the remove icon ("x") next to the tag you want to remove from the content. It is immediately removed.

To exit the tag module, simply click on the close icon ("x") in the upper left hand corner of the note module.

Type the tag in the input field at the top of the screen. Hit "Done" to save the tag.

Tap the remove icon ("x") next to the tag you want to remove from the content. It is immediately removed.
