Can't Log in?
Having trouble logging in? Here are the most common issues and how to fix them.
Forgot Your Password?
If you set a password when creating your account, you can reset it:
- Go to the Mindstone login page.
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address you used to sign up.
- Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions.
Signed Up With Google?
If you registered using Continue with Google, you don't have a separate Mindstone password. Click Continue with Google on the login screen — make sure you're using the same Google account you signed up with.
Wrong Email Address
Double-check the email address you're using to log in. If you've changed your email since signing up, try your original email address.
Account Not Recognized
If Mindstone doesn't recognize your email address, you may not have completed the sign-up process. Try registering again at community.mindstone.com.
Enterprise Users: Can't Access Your Company Space
If you can log in but can't see your company's Enterprise space:
- Check your inbox for an invitation from Mindstone — you may need to accept it first.
- Make sure you're logged in with the email address your organization used to register you (usually your work email).
- Contact your program administrator if the issue persists.
