There are several ways to get support from the Mindstone team.

The fastest way to get help is through the live chat button in the bottom right corner of any page on help.mindstone.com or within the Mindstone app. Our team is available during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm GMT). Outside of these hours, leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

You can also reach us at hello@mindstone.com for any questions, feedback, or account issues. We aim to respond within one business day.

Enterprise Support

If you're part of an Enterprise program, your first point of contact should be your program administrator — they manage your organization's account and can resolve access issues directly.

For unresolved issues or platform-specific questions, your administrator can escalate to the Mindstone team.
