How to Delete Your Account

Deleting Your Mindstone Account

You can request to delete your Mindstone account at any time. Once deleted, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed in line with our Privacy Policy.

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings in the Mindstone app or on the web.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your decision when prompted.

Alternatively, email us at hello@mindstone.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we'll process it within 7 business days.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your profile, learning history, badges, and Evidence Points are permanently deleted.
  • Any personal content added to the platform will be removed.
  • You will lose access to any programs you've enrolled in.
  • Your data will be fully removed within 7 days of the deletion request, in accordance with GDPR.

Note: If you're part of an Enterprise program, contact your program administrator before deleting your account — they may need to re-assign your seat.
