What is the Leaderboard?
The leaderboard on Mindstone shows how you rank compared to other learners in your program. It's designed to motivate you, give you a sense of progress, and show you where you stand in your cohort.
What Does the Leaderboard Track?
The leaderboard ranks learners across four dimensions:
- Evidence Points (EP): Points earned from actively engaging with content — reading, highlighting, commenting, taking notes, answering trivia.
- Prompt Level: Your current skill level in the Prompt Sandbox, based on the average quality of your prompts.
- Time Spent: Total time spent actively learning on the platform.
- Progress: How much of the program content you've completed.
Who Can See the Leaderboard?
The leaderboard is visible to all learners enrolled in the same program. Your admins and coaches can also see leaderboard data to monitor cohort engagement.
Note: Individual assessment scores, Sandbox prompts, and survey responses remain private — only aggregated metrics appear on the leaderboard. See Data Visibility on Mindstone
